Manitowoc Foodservice announces operation green in preparation for Earth Day 2013. To kick off the seven days leading up to Earth Day on April 22, 2013, Manitowoc Foodservice made key areas of the websites green through Earth Day. The green websites indicate our commitment to being sustainable and green, not just on Earth Day but everyday.
The Manitowoc Company Announces Management Transition in Foodservice Segment

The Manitowoc Company, Inc. (NYSE: MTW) today announced that Michael Kachmer has resigned as president of the Company's Foodservice segment and as senior vice president of the Company to pursue a chief executive officer role. Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Glen Tellock will lead the Foodservice segment on an interim basis while the Company searches for Mr. Kachmer's successor. Several strong internal candidates are being considered to serve as president of Foodservice on a permanent basis.

EPA Recognizes Manitowoc Foodservice with 2013 ENERGY STAR® Sustained Excellence Award

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has awarded Manitowoc Foodservice a 2013 ENERGY STAR Sustained Excellence Award in recognition of its continued leadership in protecting our environment through energy efficiency. Manitowoc Foodservice's accomplishments will be recognized at an awards ceremony in Washington, D.C. on March 26, 2013, which marks the 20th anniversary of ENERGY STAR.
